The Samsung which talks of high performance phones & service is nothing but just vapour in the air. The phone was just seven Months old & suddenly conked off. Since it was under warranty had taken it to the service center & was given a estimate of 2400 where in I bought the phone for just 3200.
Isnt this the most funniest thing on earth? Now when I made a query I was told this particular defect isnt covered under the warranty. I am planning to move to the consumer forum for this. Its ridiculous. I had senbt a mail & got an automated response & its 15 days now & no response.
The mail says that they will study & come back. If you have negative marks on customer care thats for this company. I had spoken to the call center & the guy tells me "can you listen to what I say & speak then". NEVER THINK OF EVEN A SAMSUNG PRODUCT. THE SERVICE & CUSTOMER CARE IS PATHETIC.
