I purchased Split AC with 5 star, with hope that having a good quality and service.
Up to three years Ac was really good and I was very happy with SAMSUNG branded AC. In april 2013, I faced the problem of water leakage. Authorized technician had suggested me, to replace aluminum condenser. With lot of efforts, finally your company replaced the condenser and filled the gas.
In July 2014, again, I faced the problem of cooling and water leakage. Your technician has suggested that there is gas leakage. He filled the gas and I paid him Rs. 1800+450.
Again in sept 2014, water leakage started, the technician from vision services was totally confused and told me that gas leakage is there. Finally he took both units for inspection.
I feel, Samsung Company have given me defected unit. I don’t know what the life of AC machine. However, this is breach of trust with your brand loyalty and 5 star sign. This is the mental, physical and financial harassment done by Samsung company.
