Hi, This is Avinash from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
I had bought an air conditioner almost 20 months back. I was very impressed with the brand name Samsung and since last two years, I have replaced my all electronics products with Samsung, from mobile phones to LED and from Refrigerator to Air-conditioner. You name the product and it will be Samsung. You'll find only Samsung product in my home.
So far, I was not troubled by any of the samsung products except Samsung Cell phone but your air conditioner sucks. You guys are far behind in terms of technology in specifically air conditioner.
The air conditioner was not working after first season only, to mention here I would like to tell you that in Bhopal you hardly run AC's for more than 3 months. In the second season when I again started my AC it was not working, no cooling. I complained to your service team through call centre. An engineer visited my place and done some repair work(Gas refilling) and fortunately, it was under warranty and he went back assuring that now it would not crop up any error.
It worked fine in the second season, and to my surprise when I checked the AC in this month, it is again not working, I again contacted the contact centre for help and the same engineer who had come earlier came once again and this time he told me that there is a fault in the AC and he need to take it to the service centre. I allowed him to take away the AC with him.
At the first take, I asked him when the AC had this problem earlier as well, why he has not repaired it to the full in the first time it-self? Why he was waiting for us to complain again? Was he waiting for the warranty period to get expired? This time this bugger told me that it will take Rs. 9000/- to get the AC repaired. What the hell is this?
Rs. 9000/- for AC repair, when other companies are offering brand new AC’s is 18 - 24K, we went ahead and bought your AC in over Rs. 38, 000/-
I want a clear cut justification that why you guys are harassing us through your illiterate service centers, outsourced to poor and hungry people/agencies who are looting in terms of association with Samsung as authorized service centers.
To conclude above in simple words,
You will lose a customer, I’ll share my review socially so that you lose another dozen of fool customers like me.
I will need my AC replaced to a new one, unconditionally - without any question being asked.
Else, I will see you in court and let’s bet, you cannot choose any other option.
