The Samsung is trusted brand and everybody trust on its products so I a Samsung AC In the summer season in 2016 for my bedroom, it is of 1.5 ton and it's color is white in first It is working properly and making room cool faster but when I used it again in next summer season 2017 it does not make my room cooler so I called on customer care service and registered an complaint call of my AC after 2, 3 days engineer visit my home to repair the AC they checked the AC and they tell me the problem that the gas of AC was leaked due to which there is no gas in AC, so they told me that the refill gas charge is about 5000RS I shocked after listening that. I tell them it is in warranty but they told me for gas refilling you need to give money it is not free of cost and they said you have done some wrong with it but actually I have done nothing wrong with it but at last I need to pay that 5000Rs for gas refilling.
