HELLO FRIENDS, I brought this SAMSUNG 28 LTR MC28H5025VB CONVENCTION MICROWAVE OVEN 3 months ago its every thing is ok but it consumes a lot of energy which is a very negative point of this microwav, and I am really very disappointed with SAMSUNG with such a bad product and I reccomend you to please dont buy this oven at all, this is not at all trust worthy product.
it is not at all user friendly, it produce heat while in normal use and if I use it for more than 2 hours it work like a room heater for my house, it is really very harmful for the user, this microwave is for short terms uses.
it is durable beacuse it is a SAMSUNG product because samsung product a of good quality and works for a long peroid but the other negative factor overlap durability.
it is very heavy and big compare to other microwave in the market, it is not at all handy for the user, and is very difficult to travel with it, in handy LG microwave provides a good platform.
yes, its style and design is good and this was only the reason why I brought this microwave beacuse of it style and design it looks prenium.
its service is also very poor, I tried to complane in the service center they gave a complane number and said me to call on the next day, and they go on extending the days.
it is not at all value of money product and I do not reccomend you to buy this microwave, you can go for LG, it is the best one and please dont buy this.!
