Hello my name is Gigi and I have been a customer of sagar automobiles for the last 8 years. I agree that sometimes people may not be able to keep up their commitments.

I have purchased 4 cars from Sagar Automobiles and I should say that I am extremely satisfied with them, yes sometimes there will be some small problems which is understandable. 

I was reading the review given by mr. satish about sagar automobiles and I contacted them in this regard since almost all the senior persons are know to me personnaly including mr.jeevanad mentioned by mr. satish.

I understand from sagar automobiles that they had closed the loan of the above said car with standard chartered bank, and was given a particular time to issue the NOC to the cancell the loan in the RC book. Sagar automobiles has commited to mr. satish based on this. Now I understand that standard chartered bank took a very long time to issue this NOC and there was no one to give proper information or communication at standard chartered bank, now no one understands that SCB is the culprit who made this whole issue worse.
 
I also understand that sagar automobiles has tried to explain this to mr. satish which he was not trying to understand and in turn was asking for compensation which they refused to give, and mr. satish was cheesed of with this and was creating a scene in their office calling them names.

Now just imagine if someone comes to your house and calls u names who will keep quiet. But I also understand they handelled the issue very professionally snice mr. satish was their customer.

Now there will be delays everywhere it is only how we understand the reason behind it. Any way I would like to conclude that my experience and the experience of all the people whom I have reffered has been wonderfull.
