I purchased Maruti Omni from Sagar Automobiles, last week.  My experience with the sales personnel there was extremely satisfying.  They sales person, by name, Ms Jyothi is a very professional

and courteous sales executive.  She is very knowledgeable and to-the-point.  I walked in to the showroom at 11 AM and by 3 PM, I had completed all formalities for booking the vehicle including ICICI loan documentation.  Of course, I had done my home-work and called them to find out the documents required for the loan.  I had walked in to the showroom fully prepared for the loan documentation.  But I would still like to appreciate the sales person, Jyothi for her quick response and help in completing all formalities.

The ICICI loan agent by name, Sony, made an error in identifying the loan amount.  She quoted the wrong price and therefore called me again, after I had walked out of the showroom, to confirm the new amount.  But to err is human.  I was happy with the way, she handled the situation and corrected it in a timely manner.

The car was delivered to me on the day promised.  Jyothi was on leave for two days.  Her team leader Mr. Srinivas, promptly took care of her duties.  He called me everyday to keep me updated on the status of the car loan and car delivery date.  On the day of delivery, I received a call promptly from Sagar Automobiles confirming that the car is ready for delivery.  When I went to the showroom to pickup the car, everything was ready.  No delays.  They even arranged to perform pooja at the venue itself.  Both Jyothi and Srinivas stood with me during the entire delivery process.  I sometimes felt I was wasting their time, but they did not feel that way and gave 100% attention to me only.  They clearly explained the manual, service options, warranty options, etc. 

The car was delivered in brand new condition with all functionality working as expected.

Overall I am 100% satisfied with my purchase from Sagar Automobiles and would recommend you to visit them if you are looking out to buy a Maruti vehicle
