I am writting this review under "Sagar Apollo" as i didn’t find "Apollo Hospital Bannerghata" Listed here.
Well Apollo Hospital Bannerghata is under Staffed and more like a Hotel ,rather than a Hospital.
I went there for a Health Check up at Saturday  7:45 am, as i had the appointment at 8am .The frondesk billing was the most horrible experience one can ever have.Out of 4 counters only one counter was operational and the person sitting there was doing everything right from admissions to registration and OPD billing .
Well imagine a person who is in fasting for 12hours and made to wait for 1hour 15 mins to get through the billing process .
Well after the biling was done somehow and then the health check up started and lack of managing was seen everywhere,as they took more patients in than they can handle ..You can hear the nurses shouting at elderly people and so on.
Well finally it ended at 3pm and we were allowed to take lunch but after lunch the doctor to be consulted was not there and they asked me to come on monday ..I said i can’t as i have office to go to, so i will make it next saturday ..
The nurse started fighting with me saying it will be hard to do so, as they already have appoinments for next saturday.
Wow!!!!!!! they can’t finish this week’ s appointments and taking next weeks people in...
That’s pathetic ..
Well finally after 1 hour of negotiation they agreed and let me go to come back again for a night mare next saturday..
Do we deserve all these after paying all our hard earned money for a health check up..
