After the release of my father after angiogram, they took 6 hours to give the report after I made cash payment. When I went back to get a CD of the report, they demanded 1000 rs for the CD. I gave that, they made me wait for 3 hours to get the CD saying that the CD is stuck in the Computer. This is lame excuse. The CD should be part of the report and I should not have to pay for it. This hospital is a money making institute run by a politician.
The patient next to our bed shared their horrifying experience. They were told that the operation will cost 1.5 lakhs, with great difficulty they arranged for it. But the hospital finally billed them 4.2 lakhs. God only save this family
