I feel this review is:
Saffola is the cooking oil we are mostly able to see in many television advertisements.it is not that much useful for reducing the obesity. It is common as other oils and no other difference . The price is also very high compare to other cooking oils. There are many other oils by which we can prepare many food items with small amount of oil but this saffola it grabs more oil for feied items which is not good for health. I am not recommending this oil.
