I feel this review is:
Gone are the days when mom used to say that only ground-nut oil tastes good! The present generation not only needs good taste but also a cooking oil that is low at fat. Saffola presents us with Kardi oil made out of the finest quality kardi seeds, which has the highest amount of Polyunsaturated Fatty Acid amongst all vegetable oils. Saffola when taken as a part of a low saturated fat diet may help reduce cholesterol levels. Lowering of cholesterol is known to reduce the risk of heart disease ( C.H.D) . I am very concious about the healthy living of my family and hence personally recommend Saffola Kardi Oil. It not only takes care of your health but also brings out the natural taste of your food.
