The worst in the tourism and hospitality industry! Had a vey harrowing experience with them for our Dubai tour. The staff and even the owners are ill-mannered and not at all co-operative. They made us travel all the way from Pune to Mumbai Airport, then we had to wait there for full 4 hours only to be informed that the Visa's had not yet arrived! As if this was not enough they assured us that the Visa's would arrive by evening, only to tell us later in the evening that the tour was indeed. CANCELLED!
This was not the end to our woes. Nobody was interested in returning our money. The staff had no clue whatsoever.even the "heir apparent"-younger brother of "Mr Jakatdar"-the owner of Sachin Tours did not bother to apologize to us when we visited their office to take our money back. The cheques had not arrived at the Pune office and then to top it all, after weeks of pestering them. the cheques actually arrived only to "bounce back".
A strict NO-NO. Would recommend "Kesari" instead!
P.S- The tour claimed to be of 4 days but the actual itinerary had the plan for only 2 days!:)
