Last year I sent an international cargo to india paid air cargo price and it took more than 4 months to reach India. Most of the time, the ST cargo personnels are not reacheable via phone. Even if they pick the call, they say it is in immigration clearance.
Most of the time they reply that they wont interact with other ST cargo offices and can escalate to anyone and they dont matter. When the cargo reached me, I found that they didnt ship it from singapore direct to india but via sri lanka. also it was not shipped much later date than they promised. I recommend not to use ST Cargo. They are totally unethical. I can give the worst customer service and staff courtesy.
