I never had such a fg courier and website in life, there is branch office mentioned in bhommanahalli and address is provided for the same in website. I was trying to reach head office telephone no. For more than 3 hours and was busy always.
I had a courier from Vellore to Bangalore and the no. is 52031436914/2/1/2014. But till today I have not received the same, I called bhommanahalli branch office no. which was not reachable and when I went personally to the branch, the branch itself was not there.
Finally, I got the connection to the head office, they provided me one of the courier boys no. who did not deliver my cover to my home and I went personally to collect the same from Hosa Road and the receptionist who spoke to me, was not using the right tone.
Instead of doing such kind of business, I think ST courier can be f......ingggggg and closed.
And this kind of mentality is not good for doing this business.
