The Worst IN Class for International Courier. Review on ST Courier and Cargo

• No movement in package: I booked a small set of documents to be shipped from Chennai to New York on 29th Dec'17 and the agent promised delivery within 3-4 days as they had a tie up with UPS. Now its the 6th day and the tracking tool still shows that the package is in International Hub and there is no progress beyond 30th Dec'17. While I can understand festivals and holidays being a reason for delay, it cannot be so that the package is still in its place of origin!

  
  




• Flimsy Tracking tool: Their home page has a hidden tracking tool which only a trained person can see. Its very clear why its not so obvious to the ordinary person.

  
  




• The Chennai contact no. is 44 22 666 666 which is busy 24/7! Not sure even if this no. is ever responded to?

  
  




• Not I am at ST Courier's mercy for the package to be delivered. Should have listened to my friends advise and used DHL or UPS directly.
