This is the most horrifying experience I have had. My stuff is to be sent from Dubai to my home town in Bhopal( MP) they informed me 60 days and today it's more than 90 days no sign of my stuff god know where it is, No one picks the call at there Chennai office it's always busy.
They are super cheats and no responsibility of people there. I am quite worried about it, if at all someone picks the call which happened twice they keep on saying 10 days more as its still in customs. on the other hand my frnd send me a parcel which reached me exactly within 2 weeks as they promised.
I request international ppl not to use them at all.
