I had booked for 15 day european tour.They are keen to collect your booking amount . and the rest of the money. not at all able to handle any query from the word go they mishandled . the agents do not even check basic things in passport.


Please never ever patronise this tour operator. they even will swallow your initial deposit. Very careless with your passports.  staff is  very poor and inefficient . do not know visa rules
