NOT HELPFUL - sotc mumbai is worst service in mumbai . friends me and my friends decided tour trip of mumbai and we was going to mumbai after 2 month later and we had been booking online tourist operator really friends my experience with tourist operator I did not believe . friends we reached mumbai and going tourist operator firstly tourist operator did not more knowledge and any time operator are smoking and I did not like smoking man I told stopped smoking but tourist operator man does not stopped and tourist traveling we like cars and cars tourist operator driver is not good behavior is not good and miss behavior and bad language used in cars .
TOUR GUIDE EXPERTISE- tour guide expertise is worst not good knowledge and bed behavior with us I do not like this tour guide
TRAVEL CONVENIENCE- my life first worst tourist trip in mumbai with sotc tourist operator he was travelling more place but no more time at any place we are not enjoys with tourist operator men and operator on we are total wast money . please sir changes your operator person because many person smoking, and stopped told that time not stopped smoking I hate sotc tourist operator
