SOTC Kuoni Scandinavia with Russia, NAAM BADE DARSHAN CHHOTE.
BOOKED the above mentioned tour along with east European countries six and half month prior to departure date ie 31/05/2014.Ten days prior to departure they cancelled east European countries.I had deposited my passport completed visa form 75 days prior but recd 3 hours prior to departure at new delhi airport.It created a lot of apprehension as we are senior citizen.They should have a central monitoring system to inform us earlier of cancellation so we can change our dates.
In most of the hotels no basic amenities like tea or coffee maker was available.In half of the rooms there was no air conditioning.In Oslo very substandard hotel, stinking room, staff was very uncooperative.Very far from city, we got only 3 hours for sightseeing on that day. We were 47 tourist gr, most of us decided not to use or recommend SOTC.We opted for jain food, got only one vegetable, not even Dal.
