Kuoini sotc advertised travel mela for international tour bookings with special discount.
They anounced packages in advance for diwali .after booking my tour for far east, within 20 days they are demanding additional amount in name of festival surcharge.
As international tour operator they must have known that they will have to add diwali surcharge, so should have anounce packages only after diwali surcharge anounced by airlines etc, as still diwali was far away.but declaring additional surcharge within 20 days of booking.
They are trying to take away earlier discount offerd, thus early anouncement of tour with special discount, they are illegally booking customers away from other transperent operations, never go to sotc travelmela. Dr kirti thakkar, nadiad
