SLK Software takes people with reference only. If you are a fresher then its gone, u clear all rounds of interview and be perfect in everything.But if u have no reference they will never take you in. its fact !!if a dog has reference then they will take a dog but not the aspiring student. I know people with no experience are having reference and joined SLK Software you ask any fresher who went for interview. he/she will give the same answer by the end of 3 yrs, they'll end up with relatives, no techies..
