This company is pathetic nothing but favoritism and you get fired over something that you "Said" and no real way to protect yourself.
You have to do some major rump kissing to get anywhere in this company and if you do not know which butt to kiss just look for the one acting like she runs the whole damn place.
As far as the work environment is, I can honestly say that it is almost hostile when you ask for help you get rude remarks and are told to ask in the chat room, which is a HUGE waste of time.
DO NOT WORK HERE. They will "Tell" you that you have job security and you do not. If you make anyone mad intentional or not on purpose you WILL be fired they will find a reason.
