Hi Friends, Just going through the above blog it seems that the so called MANAGEMENT has still not improved and this is really very SAD…The MANAGEMENT always states that “We are there to help and resolve the issues on the Floor and if anyone has any concerns then they can come and give us their VALUABLE feedback so that the issue can be resolved.”


But FEEDBACK can be given to those people who are OPEN to take it positively; instead of asking 25 different “W” questions where the person who is about to give their advice/suggestions gets a feedback from the MANAGEMENT for the all the negative things (Performance, Behavior etc…) done by him/her….this is one of the reasons that no one comes forward and speaks to the MANAGEMENT; instead uses such BLOG websites to express their views….


I personally still cherish the days when Glenn and Abbas use to run the process so smoothly….also the days when Sunil Lenny Nair and Avesh Shaikh run the process, there was so much of joy and enthusiasm on the floor….People use to like coming to work …not for doing overtime coz of the Malamaal Weekly payment but coz of the process and their mangers who use to stand for every issue to get resolved….


It was the only process who stood out in all aspects be it Performance, SPLASH or any other extra curricular activities….it was only TRAINLINE that use to be so motivated that no other process stood in comparison…..We always proved to be the best of the best process and history proves it….


Sitel was always and it is still a low paymaster but still the people who are working there are true gems who strive to get the company’s Vision, Mission and Values….I feel very SAD after reading about the TL’s….These people are the ones who are very close to the agents who perform and coz of whom they and the higher MANAGEMENT get their Salary and Revenue for the company….


I don’t know what exactly happened but we had TL’s like Suhail Shaikh who was promoted to a TL from a SME and has got a brilliant knowledge about managing people…what happened to him?? Why is this going on if he is still working there??? Seshnarayan Balduwa also got promoted with Suhail and he is one of the finest TL’s that Sitel has….Masood Sonde was QL who is use to handle the Quality so well that there were minimum escalations and no complaints in regards to the Quality of the process or an agent….


I don’t know know if he is still handling the Quality and if yes then what happened to his Excellent Team who use to coach agents like anything and they use to perform….Valentine Miranda who was the backbone for Quality in Trainline….a true gem and very caring person who will always understand the agent first and then take necessary actions/precautions not to harm the agent but to improve the performance which will give revenue to the company and growth to the agent…


Where the bloody hell is he and why is he not doing anything? There are so many people in Sitel that if I start naming or telling you about them then it will take a lot of time….


On the current note, it seems that nothing is going in the correct path…not sure why is this and what’s up with the Sitel MANAGEMENT?


Please get all these things in place so that everyone is happy and are willingly coming to work rather than FORCING….


My humble request to Roshan Lewis and Neville Dick is that please get things at the correct place coz taking the inhumanities from all people will give u no gain in future…..please improve……
