I joined the company in Feb 2010, I stood first in my process training and was best in voice training as well, The best trainee award was given to sombody else who was a close relative of Trainer---SAD there is 100% job security, they dont kick people out as they dont have enough people to work for them. I joined in the batch of 22 people, after one month 15 people left the company....
Infrastructure is very poor--u will often find mouse running underneath your chairs and the drawers sting of mice dung.Cafteria - the food is very hyeigenic , neat and clean - I enjoy eating food there- Rajeev_Vermacially I love the juices and the green salad is nice..boys working in cafteria are jolly and cooperative..
The quality of coffee and the tea served free from the cofee machine is pathetic, at times you will find ants flowing in your cup from the machine I worked in the train line process, working atmosphere is friendly and Male Team leaders are supportive and the female TL's are the worst nightmare on the floor, It is not clear on what grounds they were promoted..ha //ha the crowd is mix of extremely annoying people- like bhenjis and uncle types and cool people as well, If you are guys ----pls for god sake stay away from bhenjees --waist of time------
The train line process was excellect, chilled out, not much pressure---get friendly with the previous agents, they will teach you all the loop holes-----Hurray!
For recreation --their is a well equipped gym-( helpful trainers )- although you will find damaged computers , microvaves and other stuff piled up ther - giving it a look of a store room....
There are two computers only where you can access internet one of them is nt working from last 3 months---can you imagine one computer to check your emails for 1600 employees-----
Transport is composed of Sumos and indicas---most of the time they are late----and you have to literally wake the drivers up and then they do their own thing like washing their face and kula, which is very annoying,
Many agents have complained that the company dont pay Over time money correctly and they cheat, Might be true.....

I am sure they will feel the taste of these candies for the dayz to come-------------------ha ha--
Any agent has a concern pls walk upto Mr. Subir- Vice President, a good listner and believes in action rather than finding excuses........as compared to the lower mgmt which is Monkey Brand.....good for bananas....
