There is so much written about ttl. what are the managers doing. are they setting the rite xpectations. I totally agree to the comments about valentine, but mr balduwa, who has a past story as well. he left the company, joined another company & came back to becum a so cald tl n now manager. even though I have left the company, I have great regards for certain ppl like avesh, glenn & abbas. another amazing THAT TIME agent with so much knowledge & patience and staying in this company is Rhea.
Such people should have been promoted long ago(hats off to you for tolerating all the mad ones but yet having a helping hand & smile on that face) not people like sushant and moiaz. moiaz who made him a tl, wrong decision.he is a great yapper, on nps we know what all the 2, sushant n moiaz have done & for a wonder the third nut amey has not got promoted. he thinks he knows everything by a@@ chewing sweety.
She has become a tl I don't know how, ask syslvester & he will have an answer. cheers to the people who started ttl and are still there.in short all the empty vessels need to be checked.
