ImeI had joined SEED for Software Testing N currently placed in Quality Kisok. I wish to share my experience with you all. I have viewed many of the reviews and it looks to only candidates with wrong perceptive fill this sight. Please do not take this statement personal.
When we have high expectation and some one does not match that expectation such remarks are sure to come.
I do understand most of the concerns because I have got placed 6 months after completion of my course and In this six months when ever I visited the branch I have been cribbing on promises given by counselor and not fulfilled on placement after course completion.
When I last met the branch manger at thane, spoke to me for an hour on each and every interview which I have face, what I was prepared with and what I should be prepared . she told me very clear that SEED will provide you with what ever call comes to them and It is my job to decide weather I wish to go for the company or no.
I have applied for about 52 calls and was shortlisted for only 10 companies in this six month Now you can understand how much frustrated I was at that the time when I met the manager and even more not convinced when she gave me all this information for one hour.
but when I was shortlisted for Quality Kisok I did full preparation and was extremely happy when I cleared all rounds.
GUYS, PATIENCE GIVES YOU THE BEST FRUITS. I Request you to be strong as life after getting a job is really not that easy. SEED is BEST for making you employable and not provide you placement. You have to get your self placed by performing best of you.
