I have not seen any customer care as bad as SBI Credit Card. It is the worst. Plan for at least 20 minutes waiting to start with, then if you need an info, they will say that please hold for a moment and then you are indefinitely on hold(your call is on hold and will never be answered), I waited in 4 instances for an average duration of another 15 minutes on 2nd time hold that was done by the service guy and then gave up without getting my issue sorted out, that too their accounting fault.
I want to share one more finding. By any chance, if you have a reward card and in case you want to redeem, for 2000 points you will get 500 reward cash credit and on top of that they will charge service charge and taxes, so you will get~380 Rs credit. You choose any other card from any standard bank, it'd be far more rewarding.
Choice is on you.
