The worst ever service from SBI Credit card customer care department. I have been requesting for NOC for the credit card which I have settled and closed.
Every time whenever I speak to any Executive\Supervisor the same uniform answer received from everyone saying "The request has been processed and it will take 8 days" after 2 week the timeline came down saying "We will send u the NOC in 2 days".
It's been more than a month I have requested for NOC but never received it. In first place I never understand "Why sending NOC through email will take 8 days. Secondly no supervisor or executive also the nodal officer which I have written email did not do anything. Worst, Pathetic, Disgusted, scrap service.
