Very bad Customer care support. Review on SBI Visa Credit Card

I apply before six months for SBI credit card and I want share my true experience .after applying I feel that why I apply in SBI because verification process is completed around 20-25 days then I receive one message that my card is dispatched with in 3-4 days I can receive but I wait for 1 weak then I go to near post office for confirmation they told me yes the get the card but address in not mention then how they deliver when I apply I fulfil my all detail with proper address then I call so many times for customer care to resend the card but they are not giving proper response in between this time on a daily basis I receive approximately 4-5 calls from different different departments from sbi credit card to tell me their plans and charges and when I told him that now I am not getting the card so please help then they told me that this is not their department so contact the correct department then I go to my Branch they gave me one mail id I mail around 4-5 times then I got response and again receive the message that my card is dispatched from that day I daily went to near post office on 5th day I got my card and when I check again the address is not mentioned only city name is mention and I am also getting a very less limit.

so I am not happy and very frustrated that's why I am not suggesting to anyone.
