These people at SBI are so lazy, they just keep sitting, and don't want to work, just because of people like these, India is still under developing country.
The thing is that I applied for the card two months earlier, around 24-25 april, and gave all the necessary documents required, and tgen just two days after that, I received a call saying that my request is processed and i'll receive tge card within 10 working days.
Believe me that ten days haven't ended till now, and I have called the customer service like 25 times, and each time I have to waste around 25-30 rupees, just for addressing my concern, and they say that they have noted it and i'll receive my card within 10 days or 5 days, but that never happened till now. One of my friends suggested to give the review here so I came here. I am so irritated with the experience I have had with the SBI service, I can't tell. These guys are a bunch of faggots and don't want to get up off there lazy asses. Just a bunch of ignorants.
These people are so careless that they even noted my phone no. Wrong, and I had to get it changed, which took 10 more days. When the blue dart courier had my card once to have delivered, they said that I wasn't found at my address, they didn't call me even once, and they too, said that I have to update my address and for that I have to contact sbi again, which I did, and got it updated, but even then the problem remains the same, I received a call just now and they said that my no. Is updated just now, and the courier people came to my address several times but I wasn't available at my address, and now again, they say i'll receive the card within 5 days. I have just given up the hope
