Well as a sbi credit holder I found it very embarrassing that they have language barrier.


After getting my sbi platinum card from them I called sbi card for activation of my card through IVR and get into customer care agent after selecting my regional language which was Bengals. so I was very confident that they will also talk in bengali


But soon I realized that their 1st response was in English so I found it bit embarrassing when I started my conversation in Bengali which resulting they asked me to select the specific regional language and call again.so I did the same and again I called them following the IVR process  which cousmede my time  again which was worthless. And guess what again I got placed into same English language zone so I thought this time not to waste my time anymore and speak with them in English which was no big deal for me and after getting my work done I asked them if suppose a person who don't know English then how will they interact with you guys. And they like have no answer and I said thanks without stretching it long I drop my call because the number I called them was chargeable Number and the toll free number they have is useless  because after two three rings it always says The network you call is busy please call after some time


So SBI Card to advice to improve your quality Service


1) please have some Hindi speaking agent or give them permission to talk in Hindi those who don't speak in English or speak in any another language because this days every body can afford credit card whether he is literate or illiterate now days everybody have potential to afford credit card.


2) please make sure that your toll free number is working because it is very annoying when you call and after two three rings it say every time the network is engaged or busy.
