Used SBI Credit Card for approax. 2 yrs. SBI gives Credit Card against Fixed Deposit in small cities at 80% Credit Limit which is bad. Credit Limit is fixed, even though Credit Card used frequently. If I need more Credit limit, I must make big amount FD. This lien FD is not creditable in Account, If we block Credit Card then then only you are able to unlien you FD. Customer Care takes too much time to verify, when needed. I blocked my credit card to unline FD and it takes almost 2 months and feel bad customer care experience.
