I am using this card since last three years but its not worth full, Every time I am paid the full payment on time to time but many time there are charges add in my bill
I have never received the my card statement on time, I have registered many time for e statements but its not activated
The customer care services also very poor, There is no proper system for resolve the complaints related to card
There is no any special schemes from bank on this card & the charges is also high from other banks, The points which we got on purchasing also not use full, There is no any way where we can redeem the same & can get good benefits
I have three time tried for surrender the card but its not done yet, Its still working while I have submitted the written application with all documents & all paid payment details
