Again these arrogant, undiagnosed spastics have lost our payment!  Now we're told 2nd payment cleared, but still not reflecting! I firmly believe their IT dept personnel spend all their time playing on Facebook, because they are certainly not doing the job they're overpaid to do.  If they had any staff of even average intelligence with a shred of basic self discipline, this would not keep happening. Even when someone assures you that payment has been received, we get bank generated SMS stating the opposite for days or weeks after payment is received.


There is no plausible excuse for this.  If e-commmerce start ups can do a better job of keeping up with payments, and reflecting the same in IMMEDIATE SMS messages, what is SBI's excuse? They do a lousy, utterly fecal job altogether, yet their employees act like they're God's gift to humanity and treat customers like street dogs. This is what happens when losers are given plum jobs via nepotism and prejudice. People with merit will never even be called for an interview.


Actually I have SBI MasterCard, but SBI is SBI regardless which card you take from them. Extremely rude, snobbish and condescending staff in their banks, also they lost my payment twice, and trying to make online transactions is a royal pain because their IT personnel would rather play Farmville than maintain the system.  SOOO many times the OTP simply never comes or comes way after it has expired, forcing me to repeat transactions multiple times. Often I just give up and use my Central Bank card, since this screw up has NEVER happened when using my Central Bank card.


Central Bank and SBI are both public sector banks. If Central can get it right, what exactly is SBI's excuse?


I think the only qualifications required to become SBI employee are arrogance and apathy.
