You must have experience that in Big Bazaar of shopping malls representative of SBI Visa Credit card approached your to apply for credit card. I also get trapped in same tactic where they informed me lot of benefits and discounts available on this account. I also applied for it. Once I received credit card I start receiving call from credit card insurance groups. They asked to pay few thousand rupees to insure my SBI credit card and two other credit card from fraudulent transition. I was shocked to heard of it that this credit card will call me more than Rs.3000 if I purchase this package. I investigate number of fraudulent cases happens with SBI credit card owner and numbers were shocking. I decides to block this card immediately without using it. As I dint want to be victim of there poor service and security facilities. Even though I cleared all balance payment they still show outstanding of Rs. 123 against my name and keep on sending text message to clear that amount.
I also called up their customer service and email their senior multiple time still these messages keep on coming every month. They hardly have any satisfied customer due to their poor services and security systems to save guard the interest of their customers.
