They don't answer calls easily, you need to wait for long moreover they charge a lot for calling Customer service center!
Credit Card is okay but the agents try not to tell all the details
Don't get trapped
Pay timely!
Charges are okay late payment incurs hell lot of charges
attractive discounts are always there
overall experience is goo except customer care service
SBI don't have exclusive credit card desk for customers in their branches so this is a blow for customers and Credit card agents are like less knowledgeable people so it goes this way!
