SBI visa credit card is not good at all.They charges very big amounts and does not give a single information about the money that they have deducted.I felt very disharted and embrassed at that time because they have deduct 2000 rupees from my credit card as an outstanding charges.
The service provided by them is also not at a level.Sometimes some people found a communication gap and they cant understand what to say.Sometimes I also fell very emotional because of their rude behaviour.They dont know how to talk with their customers.
As we all know that SBI is the number 1 bank in india as compare to all the banks but I am not happy at all.I does not get even 10% satisfaction from my credit card.Thats all from me.Thank you all.
