I have an savings account in SBI, so they offered me their visa credit card to purchase. When I was holding that SBI visa credit card, they offered me a very low limit of 30 thousand only and when I requested to increase the limit, they denied it. Therefore I surrendered my card. Only once or twice I had used the card. I had deposited some amount 50 thousand rupees. But now I have closed that account.
Their customer service is extremely poor. The staff members always speak up in bad tone like they are doing a favor on us.
The rates charged by them is very high. Also, unnecessary rates and amount is charged by them.
I am not at all satisfied with them and I would never recommend anyone to deal oruse SBI Visa Credit Card.
I will give it 1/5 stars.
