I had a bad experience with SBI Credit card. I once applied for a SBI credit card as I was attracted by offers but later realized that I made a wrong choice. The customer service is pathetic and not so professional. SBI charge you extra for this and that with no clear information.


I got my first credit card bill even before I got my credit card delivered and even without doing any transaction. Later I had to reach out to customer care to get it cancelled with great difficulty.
