I am one of the users of SBI Visa credit card.I had taken this card for shopping purpose as there are discounts and cashback offers are avail with this card at some places.This card is useful until there no issue arise and if any issue arises then we feel bad for choosing this card.The customer service is very poor they would not give any response if any problem occurs.I am really disappointed with their service.The rates and charges are very high.If there is any problem with a bill or you lost your card the customer service will not help you and does not give any information how to proceed to solve the issue.Before taking the card they said that we will earn reward points for shopping but they would not give the whole reward points, maximum points are deducting for tax.
I just suggest that if the customer service is not good never go for that card if there any problem arises we cannot get a proper response soon and it takes a long time to resolve it.
