My policy has been matured on 24 dec2016. due to incorrect documents my claim has been rejected and again I submitted correct documents on 1Feb2017 to my nearest SBI insurance branch and they said it will credited within 4 working days from date of submission of documents. For today it's been 23days from then date of submission and there is not even little process from the company. I've been mailing to them from past 10days regarding this issue and there is not even one reply from the company. I also called customer care for solving this issue and they just ask the policy details and they tell'ur request is taken and will call u back in 30mins' and same thing continues for week long . daily morning and evening I keep calling them and they repeat the same thing. If I ask my nearest branch officer they say'we have mailed about this issue, as soon as we get the reply we'll let you kno'. And I called the main branch office 2 days back they said' we have to get details from your branch office, as soon we get the documents details well process". Branch office waits for head office and head office waits for branch office . I'm tired of calling them than I've struggled to pay my premium. And till today there is no right person to check my policy details and process it. This is the worst service I've experienced in my life ever. I will never myself or recommed others to apply anything in SBI.
customer care centre of SBI is big useless they don't even bother about customers even after several requests and complaints. Please employ some good quality staff in your customer care centre who can resolve problems instantly .
