I think these people who are working with sbi life are competing with snails or tortoise and want to make these creatures give them the strong feeling that someone is there to whom they can beat.
Almost at all steps right from processing the application till arranging medical tests(if applicable) and refunding the money(if you deny the policy) you only have to follow up with these people they even don't bother at all regarding your concerns.
You may be loyal in your application but they will force you to take certain medical tests(TMT etc.) which may be clinically illogical also at times. When you deny to take certain medical tests and ask for cancellation of the proposal and refund of your deducted money they will give many deadlines e.g. 7 working days, till this Friday or today etc.
They are very slow, noncompetitive and nonprofessional
