Friends do not ever buy SBI life policies. the customer service is so bad that when you ask for the premium certificate this for this year, they will send you for last year as for current is not generated. haha. how intelligent. the have the option for english in IVR but I understand anyone hardly knows it.
I have called the cust. care ten thousand times as I had to leave country and file IT before I leave. They are so unfriendly they are not understanding the situation and keep calls on hold for hours. one call went on hold for 1 hour 20 minutes.
I wish someone could just let them know how to respond to the customers.
Worst SBI organisation ever seen.
