I had been to Ruby hall clinic Wanowrie 3 times & every time I received bad service.
The staff is very arrogant(Front office staff, nurses) and the doctor's delay in providing service even if their are very few patients. Wastage of money and precious time. If you want to have X ray or MRI, you will get the reports after 2 days and have to wait to get it done for 1-2 hrs even if no patient is before you. Staff lie and will not call you back even if you give 100 calls for the collection of reports, ultimately no satisfaction and not worthy.
All the 3 times I visited in various months, no improvement at all, disgusting and pathetic. Guys believe me from the experience that I had, I'll suggest never ever have any treatment at least in Ruby hall Wanowrie branch hospital.
Government hospital service is better than Ruby:)
