Dear Friends,
I write this review as I wish to keep you away from this Insurance Company called Royal Sundaram. They need no reason to refuse their claim, I have seven polices from Royal Sundaram and I have been paying every year for teh alst 10 years a premium of 70 to 75 between all this policies, with zero claim.
Last year in November I had to claim my daughters hospitalization of 3 days. I got the money after running from pillar to post and then involving their Senior Management Team Mr Balachander in it. I must have done 10 to 15 calls from my end all running upto 20 to 30 mts. with absolute no reason, guess when I got my claim. In the month of April. It was a sum of Rs 24, 000 which I claimed and they paid only 16, 000 rest they deducted for flimsy reasons. After getting whatever I could, I had no courage and time to speak to them as that moment my Mom was hospitalised.
My Mum was hospitalised for almost whole month of March. This time I raised the claim quickly and still they have sent me many letters, including one to send me them the KYC document without which my claim will not be settled.
Guys I know what irony I went through, please spare yourself and keep away from them.
