Please don't fall trap into Royal Sundaram health insurance. They promise something and deliver nothing. The customer care is of no use. I applied for a high premium for my parents. After repeated calls, the health check up was done.
The doctor gave a clean chit to proceed for the insurance. Then after 6 weeks of follow up with the agent and customer care, the policy was denied. No amount of calling or emails were responded. It was a nightmare for our family.
Please do not choose Royal Sundaram.
