I feel this review is:
I purchased a travel insurance policy online from Royal Sundaram. I lodged a claim for trip delay and sent all the documents to their TPA namely Paramount. Paramount accepted all the documents and forwarded them to Royal Sundaram for settlement. However there has been no response from Royal Sundaram. Mails to them go unanswered and when you call their help desk they say they will revert but never do. Please stay away from Royal Sundaram
