Hi, I wanted to share my worst experience had with RS Heath insurance.
My brother was hospitalized due to cancer. immediately we informed the insurance company about the hospitalisation and they said ok. The surgery was done and everything happened in time. The overall hospital bill came up to 5lakhs. We tried calling the insurance agent to settle the bill but he was not responding. I called up the customer service but there was no proper response. I went to their office along with documents, now they say a different story that the company cannot pay the claims settlement as the hospital doesn't come under their list, but initially they never informed about this. there is no clarity in their t& c. this was horrible. friends I recommend this is a cheating insurance company.
