I am an existing customer of Royal Sundaram Health Insurance in chennai. Policy # IY00028315. I had a very bad experience with the company for my claims.First of all They don't have any Toll free no. to reach their customer care to know the claim status.
We need to spend too much of money to reach their customer service and most of the time the call will be ringing forever without any response and luckily if you get the rep then he would say that our team will contact you tomorrow but I never received any call from them. I think I called 3 or 4 times in 3 days gap every time either call will be ringing forever without any response or the rep will repeat the same sentence.
The customer service persons are so arrogant and they don't have any valid information to give to their callers.Never buy their products. Their claims procedure are so hectic and not clear and very time consuming totally waste of time. Buy health insurance from some other company even if the premium amount is little high.
