I got an SBI card recently & got a charge of Rs.4085. A week later in favor of Royal Sundaram. I called SBI, they said that I must have bought health insurance from them. I told them that I wasn't even called by Royal Sundaram people. I did not ask for an insurance and asked them to cancel the charge. A few days later Sundaram people called me to explain me the insurance benefits & to retain me.
I gave them a clear NO & asked for my money back, they hung up on me. A week later I got my insurance kit which included a medical card for my wife which by the way does not exist as I am SINGLE. These buggers are a bunch frauds & reputed credit card companies like SBI are their partners in these frauds as after numerous phone calls to SBI.
I still haven't got my money back. Instead they have silently converted the premium to a monthly installment.
Now I have no choice than to file a complaint with consumer forums!
